Ingredients
- 2 cups Carrots peeled and chopped
- 1/2 bulb Onion diced
- 500 ml Broth/Stock
- 1 tbsp Cream
Instructions
- Pour carrots, onions, and broth into a large pot. Add water to ensure that all ingredients are covered and bring the mixture to boil.2 cups Carrots, 1/2 bulb Onion, 500 ml Broth/Stock
- Reduce heat to medium-low and cover the pot. Let the mixture simmer until the carrots are tender.
- Pour the mixture into a blender. Puree the mixture until the texture is smooth.
