Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 bulb Onion diced
  • 500 ml Broth/Stock
  • 1 tbsp Cream

Instructions
 

  • Pour carrots, onions, and broth into a large pot. Add water to ensure that all ingredients are covered and bring the mixture to boil.

  • Reduce heat to medium-low and cover the pot. Let the mixture simmer until the carrots are tender.
  • Pour the mixture into a blender. Puree the mixture until the texture is smooth.
  • Pour the blended mixture back into the pot and add the cream. Stir continuously until the cream blends with the soup. Add other seasonings and spices as you desire.
