What are healthy greens? Healthy greens are what I personally classify veggies that naturally radiates leafy green colour. The greener the colour, the more it contains bountiful & rich nutrients that your body absorbs upon consumption. As a result, it would be ideal to consume these leafy greens raw at its natural state.

So, what sort of veggies fall into healthy greens category?

  • Spinach
  • Lettuce
  • Bok-choy
