Ingredients
- 1 oz Squash
- 1 piece Onions red
- 1 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
- 500 ml Vegetable broth chicken and/or beef broths are viable subtitutes
Instructions
- Finely chop the onions into thin slices and dice the squash into sizeable chunks small enough to fit into your blender.1 piece Onions, 1 oz Squash
- Sautee the veggies and season it with olive oil.1 tbsp Olive oil
- Mix the broth into the saucepan and cook until the squash softens.500 ml Vegetable broth
- Pour the mixture into your blender and blend until the squash completely meshes with the broth.
