Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Squash
  • 1 piece Onions red
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth chicken and/or beef broths are viable subtitutes

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop the onions into thin slices and dice the squash into sizeable chunks small enough to fit into your blender.
    1 piece Onions, 1 oz Squash
  • Sautee the veggies and season it with olive oil.
    1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Mix the broth into the saucepan and cook until the squash softens.
    500 ml Vegetable broth
  • Pour the mixture into your blender and blend until the squash completely meshes with the broth.
