- 1 piece Onions red
- 1 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
- 500 ml Vegetable broth chicken and/or beef broths are viable subtitutes
Finely chop the onions into thin slices and dice the squash into sizeable chunks small enough to fit into your blender.

Sautee the veggies and season it with olive oil.
1 tbsp Olive oil
Mix the broth into the saucepan and cook until the squash softens.
500 ml Vegetable broth
Pour the mixture into your blender and blend until the squash completely meshes with the broth.
